AUBURN, Washington - Lovers, a Washington-based award-winning specialty retailer, has been named Best Lingerie of Western Washington by King 5's Evening Magazine for the third consecutive year.
King 5 Television, NBC's Seattle affiliate, has featured its Best of Western Washington competition on its long-running show, Evening Magazine, for several years. Best of Western Washington winners are chosen through fan and viewer voting, and once again the fans made their fond feelings for Lovers known. Voter Sundae F. posted, "The Staff were terrific! Keep up the good work!"
"We're honored to once again be voted Best Lingerie of Western Washington by the fans," said Lovers' founder Phyllis Heppenstall. "We have wonderful customers and appreciate all of the support they have given us over the years."
Lovers has 19 stores in Western Washington from Bellingham to Olympia and one store in Spokane. In August Lovers opened a new store in Silverdale, and a second Spokane location is scheduled to open in mid-November.
