The band does not stay connected to the back of the tongue, it slides right off...while carrying it in my teeth to try to get the job done I was constantly worried about swallowing this tiny thing. The packaging also says forty minutes of pleasure..not even twenty minutes into it and the thing dies. It is also one time use.
