Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is purchased or FedEx Ground is not available for your delivery address. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority mail.
Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after 5:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes or envelopes, with the shipper listed as “Peekay Inc.” Charges on your card will appear as: “Peekay Inc.”
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Washington and California. No sales tax is cllected for orders shipped outside of Washington and California.
Shipping & Tracking Time
Peekay cannot guarantee shipping times quoted by the carrier. Any delays in receiving your order due to weather conditions or other natural causes are outside of our control.
Orders in Washington State typically arrive in 1-3 business days. Orders shipped to the western United States typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern United States typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are out of stock will need to be re-ordered. We do not automatically process backordered items. You will not be charged for any items that are out of stock.
Peekay ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Sweden.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS. International orders may be subject to delays or import taxes and fees due to your country’s customs laws. Some products cannot be shipped due to religious or government restrictions. DVDs cannot be shipped to Canada or Australia. Orders with shipping addresses in those countries will be cancelled. Orders with multiple products will be completed without any DVDs.

Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted.
Lingerie items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.
